Do you offer free trials?
We offer a robust free tier for users that want to experience our platform to research stocks and track market trends. We offer free trials to users who are considering an enterprise plan. Use the contact sales button above to get in touch about a free trial.

What is your refund policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 30 days and we’ll be happy to issue you a full refund.

Can I switch from the monthly to the annual plan?
You can switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan, and any remaining balance on your monthly plan will be applied to the annual plan at checkout. To upgrade, go to your Profile > Plans & Billing > Manage Plan and select the annual option.

Can I modify my plan?
Yes, to change your plan, simply go into the Admin section in your profile (top right of Koyfin) and click on the ‘Plans & Billing’ option. From there, pick the desired plan, and enjoy!

Is Mutual Fund data included in all the plans?
Mutual Fund data is included only in the Pro plan where you can see information about total return, fees, drawdown, portfolio characteristics and mutual fund holdings.

Will my play auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle?
Yes, plans auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle. You can cancel your plan, and it will not auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle.
You’ll continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the billing period.

How do I pay for my Koyfin account?
Our payments are secured and handled by Stripe and we accept major credit cards.

How do I see my invoice?
You can see your previous invoices by clicking on your profile > Plans & Billing > Manage Plan and the invoice history is listed at the bottom of the page for you to view or download.
