What You’ll Do
Customer Support
- Provide empathetic customer support via email and help center.
- Troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and work with Product and Engineering for resolutions.
- Share customer insights with the Product team to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with Sales to manage customer accounts, subscriptions, and upgrades.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Sales & Operational Tasks
- Schedule demos and training sessions for clients.
- Prepare and send invoices; follow up on payments.
- Manage contracts and updates for enterprise accounts.
- Track subscription renewals, send notifications, and handle transfers.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally with complex products or in SaaS.
- Fluent or advanced English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong product mindset and attention to detail.
- Proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving approach.

Working Hours
- Available to work 9 AM - 6 PM EST to support customers and collaborate with global teams.
